At Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium shoes and accessories. If your new sandals, bags, or wallets are not the perfect fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your shoes or bags in their original Milano packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
